Rules / ToS

Commission slots are limited, I'm often occupied with personal work and other commitments so any paid work I will schedule around those.Payments are all processed via KoFi / PayPal.I will send an invoice with the full price breakdown once commission specifics are discussed and decided.Prices will be in GBP (£), so please make sure to check how they compare to your local currency (eg: USD for US commissioners) and be aware extra fees through services like PayPal I can't control may be applied.Provide as many refs as possible, both for OCs and pre-existing characters. OC characters MUST be your own or proof of permission from the owner of another person's character (Eg: a screenshot of a DM mentioning the comm).For comms involving characters from games/cartoons etc, please provide official character sheets (no fanart ones unless none of a particular character exists), turnarounds, pose ideas etc, the more specific the better.The same applies to idea references, you can suggest ideas in text only but visual references are alway helpful too!Canvas size by default is 3000 x 3000, but A4 or other sizes (within reason) can be requested if required beforehand.Do NOT send me reference images that are AI generated. Be sure to double check sources from stock photo sites etc if any are required for poses so you know for certain they are genuine. If you aren't sure about a reference, even stick figures / basic 3D poser models are a big help!Wips will be provided as I progress so the customer can point out anything that needs to be adjusted as early on as possibleIf the commission needs to be done by a certain date, please let me know in the submission request at least a week or two in advance, and I'll let you know if I can get your commission done in time!I will send sketch wips of your commission in case you want changes or fixes to your as I go!Once the sketch looks how you want it, I'll finish the commission and send the finished product to you! (You may ask for any changes to the final product within 24 hours).I retain the right to refuse a commission. I also retain the right to cancel and refund a commission.My art style may adapt certain details differently to character sheets provided, so please keep that in mind.There are absolutely no refunds once I begin working on the commission and completing the commission.Do not commission me if you think you'll need the money for any other reason! (Bills etc, things are tough believe me!)You are to not use my work for commercial use or for profit, unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon by me.My work is also NOT to be used for anything to do with AI, Cryptocurrency or NFTs.
